Economic activity, rituals and traditional food of the indigenous peoples of Kamchatka
The article reviews the relationship between economic activity and traditional diets of the indigenous peoples of Kamchatka. Information is given on the records of the national dish – tolkusha as one of the main meals of the Koryak.
